Pastoral Recommendation
At least one parent or guardian must have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Families must actively participate in a local church in which the Bible is sincerely believed to be the inspired word of God and is, therefore, the basis for all life and learning.
Covenantal Agreement
There is an understanding and agreement with the Doctrinal Basis and mission of Westminster Christian Academy to provide children with a Christ-centered education which means Jesus Christ is acknowledged in every area of life.
Families and students must adhere to Christian beliefs and practices included in the WCA statement of faith for new and continued enrollment.
Academic Review
Each student shows a commitment to the learning process based on:
- Teacher recommendations and report cards that indicate the student is an independent learner and can be successful in a traditional school environment.
- Admissions assessment that indicates the student is equipped to succeed in a rigorous academic environment.
- Satisfactory conduct records and personal references.

Financial Aid
In order to make high-quality Christian education available to more families, Westminster has partnered with Smart Aid as an effective and fair way to allocate financial aid monies.
Smart Aid provides a data-driven, supported, objective calculation of how much a family can afford to pay for the education of their children. Smart’s comprehensive analysis is unbiased and identifies what a parent’s financial commitment to private education can and should be.
We accept financial aid applications for the upcoming school year between January 1st and March 31st of each year.
New applicants to Westminster should contact Erica Hammond, Director of Admissions, prior to applying for financial aid.
