The Upper School strives to provide a high quality education that equips students with the skills and knowledge to meet the challenges the 21st century from a Biblical worldview. While we recognize the responsibility of parents and the church, a distinctive characteristic of Westminster is a dedication to be a support to our families in preparing their students for lives of leadership in becoming problem-solvers in the world in which they live.
Seeking to establish high standards is one of the goals of the Upper School, because according to Dennis Rainey of Family Life, "The middle of the road is a great place to get run over." Through class instruction and a variety of school activities students are encouraged to discover and embrace their uniqueness in God's plan and to represent Christ in all aspects of their lives. Our school's college preparatory program includes a variety of AP courses, two foreign languages and electives in technology and the arts programs including vocal and instrumental music, drama and the fine arts. For students who have learning challenges, our Learning Services Program offers support services. Students with interests in athletics can develop their skills through participation in school sports.
