Westminster Christian Academy is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and School (SACS) and is a member of Christian Schools International (CSI) and the Alabama Association of Independent Schools (AAIS).

WCA is home to the John Knox chapter of the National Honor Society and is a member of the Alabama Scholastic Press Association.

The school is a member in good standing with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the Madison City Chamber.
